I bought this and then realised the pillow already came with a pillow case, so do double check. The pillow case is a nice soft cotton, but a little tight when putting on the pillow. It fits fine overall and is easiest to put on if you start with it inside out and peel it on. Happy with my purchase.

The dream geniee is a brilliant pillow for pregnancy, but why did they make such tight fitting pillowcases for them? It's like trying to squeeze a sausage back into the skin.

Sleep saver!
I loved this cushion when I was pregnant with my twins! Can highly recommend it! I slept much better after buying it especially in later stages of pregnancy.
