This book is a rare gem. Its also utterly essential reading to anyone thinking of buying a property in Spain. I have learnt so much from what actually is, an easy reading relatively short book! Its chatty easy reading style is honest and frank, peppered with humour as it talks about preparing to buy a property in Spain. It gives amazing insight into the process and what overseas agents are not going to tell you. I have learnt so much about the steps I need to take and the process as a whole I am ever thankful I stumbled across it. I think its always interesting to find out how much you actually don't know about something, which this book taught me. I would highly recommend this book to anyone thinking of moving to or buying in Spain. Brilliantly well written which is apparent from the moment you start reading by the fact you simply cannot put it down!

A very honest description of the real Spain, makes you think before you act when there are so many obstacles to consider that shouldn't be ignored!
