Book Description
Have you ever felt there is more to you, more to life, than you have yet experienced? People have known for centuries that dreams can provide the keys to release such transforming change. But the potential of dreams for personal growth and happiness is often hard to grasp, remaining veiled in the shadowy world of the unconscious. Now, in Dream Power, Tony Crisp gives you a clear means to claim back the whole self that is hidden in your sleep and move on in your waking life. Without complicated interpretation, you too can release your own innate love, life skills and happiness. You will be led to gain insight into the most frequently appearing dream symbols, guided by clear concise language. Dream Power will enable you to touch the wonder of your own remarkable potential.
The 100 beautifully illustrated cards represent the most frequently appearing themes, scenarios, and images in your dreams. With clear, jargon-free practical help and advice, Tony Crisp offers the reader a guide to the most common daily dreams and then goes on to show you how to unlock their transforming power. The approach is based on research into thousands of dreams from worldwide sources, together with the work of dream therapists and the dream lore of ancient peoples. You will be led to gain insight into the significance of the people you meet in your dreams, the places you return to and the animals you confront, and find out what your dreams mean.
Using the cards is easy. Keep them near you as you wake so you can look at them to help you recall your dream in full. Then choose the cards that show your dream images. Place them together and answer the key questions on the back of each card. Then refer to the book for interpretation and explanations that clarify your most pressing life issues.
