Base story:
In school an ordinary boy, called Cy, is learning about volcanoes as it is the half term. Their teacher gave them some homework to do on this subject. Although Cy is an ordinary boy he has a very vivid imagination, which allows him to go on adventures with help from the dream master (we do not know his name). Suddenly the dream master, travelling through time and space, takes Cy to Roman times Pompeii, little did they know it was AD79 the day of the great eruption. Join Cy and the dream master on their adventure to Pompeii... Will they escape the monstrous volcano eruption or will they get caught up in the lava and die, find out in this magical book.
What I liked and ways to improve
I liked the bit where the dream master had to beat a lion in a battle because he put red blood thirsty meat leading to its cage. But I wish it sounded a bit more dramatic.
