This is a cracking book! I am just sorry it was a short read; I had it finished in a night! The story line is really good and had pulled me in straight away. It could most definitley have been a much longer book and I wish so much that it was! (My only critisism is that I felt Maggie and her husband were older than thier age). It makes a refreshing change for a Maureen Lee book to be written in the modern age and just proves that she is an adjustable author! More praise for Maureen Lee...FANTASTIC!

I had not seen these "Quick Read" books before and so I was a bit surprised to see how short they actually are. The story was good but obviously being so short it was not really possible to get immersed in the story or to empathise with the characters before the story came to an end. I much prefer the normal length books and although I read everything by this author have to admit to being a little disappointed.

A Dream come True
Read on holiday and found being a short story it was very relaxing to read and as I like Maureen Lee I would recommend it.

Short but sweet
I do enjoy Maureen Lee's books and have read quite a few. This was was good and sometimes a 'quick read' is just enough to keep you occupied on a journey.
