Most Helpful Customer Reviews

6 of 6 people found the following review helpful By Glosman on 1 Sep 2010
Needed a router with four ethernet ports and a USB port (for shared printer or shared back-up external drive). Reliablity was a key requirement. Wireless not needed. Chose this after considerable investigation.

Installed and ran out of the box; just had to enter ISP details into the router. First few days, my anti-virus software on PC issued 'intercepted attack' warnings several times a day (never happened with old BT Voyager router). Contacted Draytek support who provided swift and helpful assistance with suggested setting changes for router and a firmware update. No problems since, and rock solid, reliable performance for past four months since installation.
