Fun:
I thought the first Drawn game was outstanding and it went straight to the top of my favourite game list, but when i played the second game, Dark Flight, I was even more captivated, and this game then shot straight to the top of the list! The creativity and imagination of these games is just amazing and far surpasses any game I have ever played before. Everything about them is magical, including the puzzles, and the way one thing leads to another is so immerseive that you really lose yourself in the story. As a visionary artist myself, I can really appreciate the creativity of other artists work and never at any time was I disappointed - except when i came to the end. And when I came to the end I just went straight back to the beginning to play it again as I wanted to re-experience the magic of it. I particularly liked the paper cut outs as this is something i've never seen in a game before and I found this both charming and original. Most of the puzzles are do-able but in a way that really makes you think, and one of them, when completed, made me jump three feet in the air with what followed - and if you play the game yourself you'll find out what I mean, so I won't spoil it for you. But don't expect any action, or fighting in this game; this is not about zombies or the like, it's more of a spiritual and creative experience. So if you like this sort of adventure game then treat yourself; buy the game today and you won't be disappointed.

Fun:
I loved the first Drawn 1 - Painted Tower and couldn't get Drawn 2 - Dark Flight separately so I bought it on this double game disc. It's a fabulous game and follows on from Drawn 1. Again the graphics are fabulous and the game is very exciting. Some of the minigames are a little more complex this time but the gameplay really keeps you interested. You still have to help Iris, but not to the top of the tower. You have to go through some strange and spooky streets. This game is a bit like something from Harry Potter - with flying library books and a phoenix flying in the sky.
If you like unusual adventure games, you can't go wrong with this one - it's fabulous.

Fun:
I hesitated to buy this game on several occasions, because I'm not a huge fan of Hidden Object games. I often find them pointless or frustrating - there's not enough puzzle-solving to keep me interested.

But I kept coming back to the beautiful screenshots, and finally I couldn't resist Drawn any longer. I'm so glad I played it - I just wish I could selectively erase my memory so I could enjoy it over and over again!

First of all, it's really not a Hidden Object game, as I understand the genre. It's much more carefully crafted and layered, like a hybrid between H.O., puzzles, and point-and-click adventure. There's blessedly little conversation to be had with other characters, which was quite the palate-cleanser after some of the long-winded games I've been playing lately.

Drawn is a *staggering* achievement in gaming. The musical score would be at home in any concert hall or cinema. Often, music in games can get repetitive or grating, but this was so pleasing that I found myself humming along with it, rather than turning it down. Sometimes I let the loading screen play away in the background for a while just so I could enjoy it a little longer - I wish I could buy the soundtrack, in fact.

The graphics, as I mentioned, are breathtaking. Dust-motes drifting in beams of light, the intoxicating colours... it's truly a feast for the eyes.

The puzzles, at first, seem a little simple. Yes, this is a game that would appeal to younger players, but it is also extremely enjoyable for the rest of us, too. But to call it "easy" is an overstatement - rather, I would say it's "fluid". You can choose not to use the hints or puzzle skips, which makes for much more challenging gameplay. What I especially enjoyed about the game is that you're not led rigidly from one puzzle to the next - you can go back and forth, if you wish. (I've played so many adventure games that end up being a glorified movie, with too little interaction required to move the plot forward - those are the "paint by numbers" versions of adventure games, because they tell you virtually everything you need to do. In other words, they're boring and unchallenging.) Drawn 1 & 2 allow you to figure things out for yourself, and it's infinitely more enjoyable.

Okay, so they're a little short. I'm already THIRSTING for the third one. But isn't it better to leave a party while it's in full swing? Better to have a short gem than a tiresome saga, I say.

Overall, I really have no criticisms for these games whatsoever. They're an incredibly low price, and they're two games that I will never, ever forget. Or at least, not for a long time... and maybe if I ever do, I'll get that chance to re-enjoy them as though for the first time. :)

Great to pass the time...
At first I thought these games were a little on the 'Easy' side, until I got to some of the puzzles that I'm still trying to work out.Good to keep the brain cells ticking over.

Not as good as i expected
I thought these games were going to be really good, going by the reviews, but I just could not get into either game.
There are many more games that are just much better.
