The uni Pin contains uni Super Ink. Uni Super Ink provides super resistance, resilience, speed, legibility and colour that lasts. But how does uni Super Ink defy crime and time? It's all down to larger particles of ink with super strong chemical bonds, for long-term resistance to even the toughest elements.When exposed to UV light, water, alcohol or absorbant paper, uni Super Ink holds fast, ensuring vivid and bright colour that stands the test of time, and even resists the solvents used by cheque and document fraudsters.
Each pack contains 0.1mm, 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.5mm and 0.8mm line sizes.

I spend a lot of money on pens. I am an illustrator and comic artist and I am always looking for new pens to work with. These pens work well on smooth paper, but can be a little bit scratchy on cartridge or anything rougher. That's not a deal breaker, because you don't always want a super smooth line, but you need to know what you are getting.
The ink is a good black, and scans well, but can take a moment or two to dry, so keep your hands away from drawn areas!
I will be buying .3, .5 and .8 for my daily work, so the other sizes were a bit superfluous for me - but I'm sure I'll find a job for them all the same!

I bought these to use for sketching. I find them good for quick sketches with the choice of tip sizes allowing heavier or lighter effects.

These pens came much sooner than I thought - I was expecting at least a week, but I got them after just a few days.
You can see the difference between nib sizes when drawing, which is great for inking the different parts of your picture, and at the same time, they aren't so different as to look weird together. Plus, the nib size is clearly displayed on each of the pens, so you don't have to take all of the lids off to work it out. They alos seem very good queality, and durable.
I am very happy with these pens, and they are definitely going to be useful in anything to do with art. I would definitely recommend this, especially if you deal with a lot of lineart or comics.
