I have been illustrating for 16 years and all I did was browse through this book and I learned something! That's how good this book is! Detailed and easy, this book has something for every one. That goes for all of Jack Hamm's books.

This is an invaluable figure drawing book. As a professional illustrator, I highly recommend all of Jack Hamms' drawing books. Follow the lessons and you'll be amazed how fast you will improve... and you can't beat the price.
