I really enjoyed this book. After many years of not drawing at all it was so helpful. All the exercises build step by step. You'll soon be very satisfied with your achievements. Highly recommended

The title of the book says it all. I haven't put pencil to paper to draw in over 50 years and I was absolutely amazed at my first attempts - I didn't think I had it in me!

I love this book. Now I want to finish doing all the workshop so I can buy the same but about using acrylics.
I tried may other different drawing manuals before and this one is the only one I stuck to and the only one I love. I highly recommend it!

A nice book and with some diagrams but far too wordy. Something with much simpler explanations would have suited me better, as a complete novice.
