5.0 out of 5 stars A useful resource for working with children and adults alike, 5 April 2001
By A Customer
I work as a mentor and counsellor with both children and adults, and have found this book to be an invaluable resource for use in both lines of work. It gives useful materials that can be photocopied, which enable the user to work deeper on emotions they have been either previously un aware of, or who need help in dealing with their emotions per se. This provides a safe means of enabling individuals, or groups, to explore their emotions.....and I thoroughly recommend this book to anyone working in any person centred psychology, counselling, teaching or mentoring.

5.0 out of 5 stars An excellent and useful book, 9 Mar 2002
By A Customer
This book is an excellent and useful book as it not only combines brilliant ideas and excercises, but also the means to use these tools. I have been able to use the excercises with clients and would thoroughly recommend this book to anyone.
There are many different excercises within this book that cover different areas and it can be used with a multitude of different client groups. It is interesting and information giving and one that clients do not mind using.
This book also is easy to use and shows examples which make sure that you are using the excercises properly.
