I am very pleased with the Spade and fork set, which are lightweight but strong. The delivery was on time, despite recent awful weather and the items are very good value for money!

Cheap and chearful-certainly not of the highest quality. The spade consists of a blade made from a piece of pressed steel welded to the shaft socket and spayed with a crackle paint finish.The "cutting edge" has not been sharpened in any way.
The fork consists of two "U" shaped tines (the outer two being one and the inner two being the other)welded together and then welded to the shaft socket. Finished item then being spayed with a crackle paint finish. The shafts and handles for both items are moulded plastic.
I suspect these items would not be aceptable to a serious gardener but they should do the job I require of them.Time will tell just how long they will last.

Worst Spade and Fork made.
These are the worst spade and forks I have purchased. The forks bent after four or five uses and is now unusable.

Don't buy, fork snaps
I bought this and the fork snapped with light work. Got a replacement sent out and my wife was using it and guess what, the fork head snapped clean off again. Read more
