I purchased this item for a christmas present and when the item came the charging bracket was smashed. i got a replacement item, but on connecting it to the wall charging bracket, the adaptor inside the vacuum broke off. Again i returned this item and got a replacement and AGAIN the adaptor inside the vacuum broke off. I think that either the connector is too long, or the connector is not secured properly inside the machine. I'm not impressed. In the end my father had to wait for 3 weeks for his christmas present, trying several of these machines until i chose another make of vacuum (GTECH)which has worked beautifully. I don't reccomend this product at all.

I bought this to use in our caravan, as it had a 12v facility. Initially, we remarked on how heavy it was, then how noisy. On trying to install it in the caravan, the connection in the wall mounting wasn't long enough to make contact with the socket in the back of the cleaner, but then the socket in the cleaner actually broke off and fell inside the housing. My husband attempted a repair, without success, but I'd never liked it from the start, so we just threw the whole thing out and put it down to experience. It was pretty useless at vacuuming up bits and fluff and stuff anyway!

We bought this as a handheld hoover for cleaning up after DIY and in the car, like it suggests.
It is rubbish, it barely cleans up dust, let alone anything else.

This product is working very well,one drawback is when charging up,the red light does not go off when it is fully charged,so one never knows when it is full.
