Designed to pick up wet and dry materials it has a 20-litre tank volume. Ideally suited for use in the workshop and garage or DIY work around the home and garden. 4 m (approximately) of cable and approved plug. The cleaner is supplied with the following: foam filter, paper dust bag, 1.4 m flexible hose with hand grip and air control, two extension tubes 480 mm long, carpet attachment with fluid insert, crevice nozzle, upholstery attachment. All accessories are 35 mm in diameter.

After the second dry-use the paper dust bag was torn and useless. Replacement bags are about £4 each.
I ordered and had delivered from drapers' suppliers---simbles-- a cloth dust bag for £27.20. That didn't fit and when forced to fit the top of the vacuum cleaner would not close.I got a refund.
This turned out to be the wrong bag due to a catalogue misprint. There is no non paper bag for this model.
Now I find that the returns policy of Amazon is only for 30 days and I am outside the time limit.
Recommendation----DONT Buy

Draper 48497 230V 20LT Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner
The cleaner works well although very cheaply made and in some respects poorly designed, however the bags are a nightmare. They disintegrate with dry use after a short time - they are made of the thinnest paper of any bags that I have ever bought, certainly a fraction of the thickness of my previous Hoover of a similar type. The bags are difficult to find and the Amazon linked dealer failed to supply the correct bags, only having bags for a bigger model. I still have no bags and cannot use the cleaner.
