Amazon Verified Purchase
The trimmer arrived within the week and was well packaged. It didn't take long to set the trimmer up, I think it was just one screw but can't remember.
My first reaction when I saw how light the trimmer was "OH NO" as my garden was like a jungle and I honestly thought that(due to it being so light) that it wouldn't survive the onslaught.
I am happy to say now that not only did the trimmer survive it works a treat and is far better than some brands 2 or 3 times the price, thank you draper for another fine product.
The push thing for the wire feed does work well which save having to take the spool out everytime you need more wire. (after you use it for a while you know by the sound of the motor when it needs more length)
The spring for the wire spool is a bit big I felt and if you have weak hands this is not the trimmer for you as if you don't keep it still you could end up losing it in your garden.
Buy trimmer wire before you use this product as the wire provided is useless and literally snapped after two seconds of use. Overall a great product for such a cheap price.

Excellent tool, very easy to assemble, very light & easy to use. Two small criticisms hence only given it 4 stars.....the actual cable is too short, it needs at least a couple more mtrs, also as someone else stated the line is too lightweight & breaks easily. I changed it for a heavier gauge & no problem now.

The trimmer is lightweight and compact. The bump-feed system delivers fresh line easily and the machine is powerful enough to cope with 2-3 weeks growth of grass without overheating. A VERY SATISFACTORY PURCHASE.
