The basic device feels very well built and fits in the hand very comfortably. A comprehensive range of accessories is included contained in their own storage box. The inclusion of a flexible shaft makes this set excellent value - although I don't expect to use it often, just occassionally it will help to get into those hard to reach areas. The whole kit is contained within the usual blow moulded case but unusually it has been designed so that there is enough space for extra bits and pieces and plenty of room for the drill and lead so it all packs away quickly and easily. I would highly recommend this product.

This mini tool is great value for money, hence 4 stars. The main unit works well. I used it to clean up and polish some small bronze castings. At about a quarter of the price of the Dremel it is hard to fault. The unit comes with lots of little tools. These are nowhere as well made as Dremel but they do the job. There are 3 collets as the tools are on 3 different size shafts. Why? However, this is only a minor inconvenience and not a problem. My only reservation is with the flexible drive. I had to return this after using it a couple of times. I was unable to lock the collet to change tools. I think this is poor design. If the flexy drive is important to you, I would suggest getting the Dremel. I would recommend the unit, without the flexy drive, brilliant value.

Being a new stickmaker I was looking for any tools that I thought could be of use to me.This does not disappoint.(less grinding & more cutting tools would be better).I guess I will have to buy them!!

Excellent product. Although it's cheaper that the equivalent Dremil tool, it does a great job. I've already found it invaluable for some small jobs that would take ages with conventional tools.

Great tool, but if you want to cut wood, (im trying to cut shapes out of laminate flooring) you will need to buy a cutting disc, something i am currently looking for, and found nothing helpful on drapers own site.
instead of supplying 25 of the same item i would have prefered a single cutting disc. I cant think of anything i will need to polish but if i ever do i know i will have plenty of polishing items for that. Oh there are 3 drill bits also which im glad they included.

brilliant, and is one of the few with a flexi cable as standard. the others force you to double your spend to buy one in seperately.

I bought this Draper tool as it has the flexi drive included for a hell of a lot less than the Dremel + flexi-tool. I was not sure how good it was going to be, but I needed to remove a load of rust and paint on my motorbike in some very awkward places. This tool is BRILLIANT it gets into really confined places and has a lot of power when it comes to rubbing down. Also the bands for rubbing down last for ages I only used 2 or 3, I thought I would need at least a dozen.
I am now busy thinking of what other jobs I can do with this tool!!!!!!!

    Buy one it won't dissapoint

I've got loads of power tools, hand tools and equipment by Draper. I'm a semi professional mechanic and they have always been upto the job...

The multitool is good. It has lots of power settings and feels sturdy in the hand.. It does vibrate quite a bit but with the extension on, you don't know it apart from the sound. It does get warm with prolonged use but again, not a problem. It's not too hard to handle..

It comes with two collet sizes so should fit almost everything on the aftermarket acessory market...

As for the fittings that come with it... JUNK !! The cutting discs will snap if you look at them and the other bits are obviously bargain basement. That said, they will probably suit a hobbiest very well for occassional use. There are loads of aftermarket fittings for this on Ebay/amazon etc.

The multitool and snake are great and I would recommend it to all apart from professionals who would probably want something a little better for everyday use.

    Good value !
