I had been looking for the theme music for this for a while. Why it never occured to me to buy the complete soundtrack, I will never know. I bought this with very little expectation of the quality of the remaining tracks, and purely for the theme. However, I have been pleasantly surprised. The whole of the album follows basically the same underlying theme, but I was happy to discover that Randy Edelman has managed to convey sadness, joy, fear and even comedy, purely through clever composition, and I had forgotten what a delight all the other accompanying tracks were to listen to. You would not go wrong in buying this, if you enjoy getting lost in the evocative type of music to which this album belongs. Enjoy, Marie.
