the new material in this more modern version of the dragon book of verse (collected for children) is great, but we are glad that we have still got the original! together a great anthology!

A good poetry book containg many well known poems. Divided up well into categories. Very well chosen poems, with no bad ones.

I used to own this book, and somehow lost it. How glad I am to have acquired another copy ! It is an excellent collection of well-loved poems for the general reader. The copy I bought was second-hand, but in very acceptable condition.
