I still enjoy playing this game, despite it's lack of variety. Instead of including as many pointless characters as possible (such as the endless versions of Gohan), the developers should have focused on making "Galaxy Mode" a little more plot oriented and included cutscenes, not just the same dialogue between various matched opponents. For instance, if Tien fights Cell 2, Tien says "Sorry Chaozu, I might die here" and Cell says "You are nothing to me Tien". I thought it was a nice touch, but cutscenes would have been better.
Also, there weren't nearly enough maps, and it got repetitive fighting in the same place over and over again. I do realise that in the cartoon, the scenery is often limited, but there are discernable differences.
Oh, and on Vegeta's galaxy mode you have to fight 3 androids without being hit once and its unbelievably difficult. ARGGH!

I have only ever played Budokai 2 before which was in 2D so this was a vast improvement, would have liked a proper story mode but the fighting system is enjoyable if not a little complex at times.

lacking feeling
well to be honest its lacks the feeling from raging blast 1 and i would have thought they would have brought out more sagas from DB and GT
