I didn't expect this book to be as good as it is! Not only is it hardback, but the photo on Amazon doesn't do the quality or size of the book justice. You could argue this is a childrens book, but it will suit any age interested in dragons. Inside there are more facts about dragons than you can shake a stick at! Beautifuly designed and written, and with care and attention to the subject. I am extremely impressed with the amount of information and the hand drawn pictures are amazing. I'm working my way through the book now and thoroughly enjoying every page...every word!

This is a video showing the new dragonology book in the wonderful Ology series. It's an encyclopedia of dragons, written by Victorian dragonologist Dr. Ernest Drake. I've tried to show how much is in the book by flicking through it's pages. Enjoy!

I bought this book for my 10 year old neice and she absolutely loves it! If, like me, you grew up reading Brian Froud's faerie books, the Pan series of Gnomes and Giants, you'll love this too. It's not just for kids, the different kinds of dragons all have their history and countries of origin based in fact, the Tasmanian Dragons are excellent. I'll stop ranting, I'm just so pleased books like this are still made, beautifully bound, illustrated and written, total bargain and it's now my niece's official Favourite Book!

An Absolutely fantastic book
A beautiful book with lots of information for budding dragonologists. The drawings are amazing and can highly recommend it along with the others in the series!

Buy this book!!!
When I got this book I thought it would be excellent and it was the drawings were very detailed I would recommend it to children from 7 to 10.
