Book Description

7 Jun 2010

Dowsing - The Ultimate Guide for the 21st Century is a book for its time. It brings the undoubted benefits of this ancient art to a modern world, and makes dowsing, and its unlimited applications, accessible and relevant for all.

Find out what dowsing is; who can do it; how to do it; when and where it works. Learn about the pioneering scientific discoveries that explain the mechanics of dowsing. Understand how dowsing can become an invaluable tool to optimise your own health, well-being, and quality of life, by giving you the means to discern truth from non-truth, and to identify what is, and what is not, in your individual best interests.

And at this pivotal time in the evolution of human consciousness, discover how dowsing physically demonstrates on a tangible level the existence of an invisible world of energy outside the one we perceive with our five senses - and our ability to connect with it.

Product Description

Review

If anyone can transform and update the image of dowsing, it is this warm, funny, intelligent, open-hearted and youthful 55-year-old who is that rare blend of impressive visionary and down-to-earth healer. (Kindred Spirit Magazine 2010-11-01)

Elizabeth Brown has set the standard with her book, which unequivocally brings dowsing theory bang up to date with current scientific thinking about quantum entanglement, information theory, and how consciousness affects outcome...has to be just about the best description of the faculty of dowsing, consciousness, healing and intuition currently available. It's also carefully researched and thoughtfully written - definitely a 'must have' book...taken the dowsing world by storm. (Grahame Gardner, President, The British Society Of Dowsers)

I couldn't put it down so I read the whole thing in one sitting- well-written, thoroughly interesting, and informative from cover to cover. If you are already a dowser you'll love it. If you are not be prepared to have your eyes opened. (David Hamilton Phd)

Elizabeth Brown has written a fascinating book - one that explores the frontiers of dowsing and its applications to human health, healing and personal empowerment. I highly recommend it. (Dr Mark Atkinson, Author Of The Mind Body Bible)

The ancient art of dowsing is given a 21st-century treatment by Elizabeth Brown in her no-nonsense guidebook for practitioners and novices alike...inspirational. (Nexus 2010-12-01)

This beautifully bound book is extremely practical, well written and easy to follow. The section on "The Phenomenal Mechanics" is fascinating and gives dowsers a chance to explain how it works. Elizabeth Brown has applied her deep and thorough knowledge of the subject to dowsing for health and wellbeing and covers many important areas such as diet and nutrition, minerals, vitamins and supplements and environmental and subtle energies. She has produced a bible for our personal use and to help others to achieve optimum health. The message is clear - we are responsible for our own health and the "real truth" about our health "is found in the wisdom that lies within". I thoroughly recommend the book to anyone who is interested in finding out about dowsing and is ready to change their lives.

What an incredible gift it is to read this book, what an insight this information gives, what a delight the beauty of the writing, and above all, the real practical hope it gives for a better world. I have in fact been moved to tears, so simply powerful, succinct, scientifically proven and beautiful it is. Elizabeth has achieved the near-impossible - bridging the gap between the little known (and much derided) phenomena of dowsing, and the infinite complexity of quantum physics - all in language that us ordinary beings can easily understand, wonder at - and turn to practical use. And to vitally essential use, too, in our everyday lives, health, well-being, happiness. She touches on not only the essence of dowsing - but on the quintessence of life itself, and our own lives interconnected within this wondrous, scientifically proven source of energy. She opens the windows wide on all the politically expedient man-made disasters and controls that threaten to engulf us - a blazing searchlight of hope on what humankind can, must, achieve. She so clearly shows us that this is indeed within our powers - from the simplest (how to boil an egg) to the most complex environmental hazards (health issues) - and ultimately to true happiness, for everyone, everywhere. Buy it, read it, practise it, give it - the benefits are boundless - and fun too!
