About the Author
Lee Duncan is one of the UK's leading business growth coaches. Working with ambitious small and medium businesses both in the UK and internationally, Lee has helped his clients achieve a staggering 40 million pounds of extra business.
Lee has a family tree with its roots firmly in enterprise dating right back to the early 1800s. He grew up surrounded by small family businesses, and this clearly showed in his behaviour at school where he was nicknamed "Duncan Enterprises". After almost two decades in increasingly senior positions in the corporate world, Lee's entrepreneurial spirit broke free when he switched to full time business coaching. Lee has since been engaged by some 200 businesses and his influence extends inside the many thousands of businesses who have heard him speak or read his publications.
Despite his obvious intelligence (he holds a First Class Honours Degree), Lee has a very direct, no-nonsense style and has been described as "the most plain-speaking and effective consultant you will ever meet".
Lee's style is mirrored in his writing; you will find very little jargon and no complex theoretical models in this book, just practical and immediately applicable advice.
For relaxation, Lee can be found tinkering with computers or making hardwood furniture.
