I wish I'd read the reviews instead of going ahead with the purchase based on looks alone. As stated by others the slats are too short and you end up falling through the bed. Why bother making something of such poor quality? Utterly baffling. Am going to send the product back if I possibly can. The assertion that the pillows are worth £40 are a joke. I'd rather lay my head on a pile of socks. I can only presume that the top review was written by the seller or by someone who's been sleeping on a bed of nails for the last few years. Buy this and regret at your leisure. If I could give minus stars I would.

I am thinking to buy a piece of MDF to replace them or if i could send the bed back.
The free foam pillows are rubish they are made from small pieces of foam probably left overs!!!! You can buy better and cheaper from any shop.Very disapointed i ll give 2 stars ONLY for the quick delivery

After reading a few negative comments about this bed I was a bit dubious about the quality, especially the comments about the slats.
The bed arrived two days sooner than the delivery date stated, which for me was great!
It arrived well packaged in two boxes and the mattress was rolled and packed in thick plastic, this made it easy to handle and get upstairs.
Assembly was easy, although the instructions were sparse. The slats are not too short? I can only imagine that the people who complained had possibly installed them upside-down as they are meant to curve upwards to add support to the mattress.
First impressions of the mattress was that it was too thin as I swapped from a divan with an orthopedic mattress that was easily double the thickness, but to my surprise it is very supportive (and I weigh 15 stone)
And after a good few nights sleep I thought I should write this review to balance out the negative ones, and in my opinion, incorrect reviews of this good looking comfortable and very good value combination.
P.s. I don't work for the company, and the pillows have never been worth 40 quid, but after all your buying a bed an matress at a great price.

Wish I had got something different
I got the bed in November 2012 already 2 of the slats have broken! The Mattress was alot thinner than what I expected also! Has been a complete waste of money!

Frustrating
So I spend £160 on a bed and when put together the bed falls through because the slats aren't long enough, this is very frustrating and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!!! Read more

Problem with slats
Bought one these beds for our son's room and the slats fitted perfectly and sleep on it seemed fine and the mattress ok. Pillows not worthe £40 though. Read more

rubbish
i wouldnt even give this bed a star rating the manufacture needs to change the bed slatts and send support slatts with it if you sit on the bed it either breaks or they fall trough... Read more
