my daughter is 8 and she loved these 2 books in 1. I only bought it a short time ago and she is finished it and now reading the 3rd one, seems like easy reading and topical for this age group and would encourage a child to read. Very like the wimpy kid series which all my kids love. Was great value getting the 2 in 1.
