'Congratulations, Jackson. Welcome to MeX.'
Dot.com billionaire Devlin Lear, founder of the top-secret defence force MeX, has been watching Jackson Farley. He knows he has found a digital genius.
Along with three other brilliant gamers from different corners of the world, Lear needs Jackson to join him and stop the criminal heist of the century. And all by the power of the most highly advanced, state-of-the-art robots ever invented.
Are Jackson and the MeX recruits as good as Lear thinks? And how does Jackson know quite who to trust when they can never meet face-to-face?

Cracking stuff,

This is a cracking first book from super-geek Jason Bradbury. It was so gripping that I had to finish it all in one go and stayed up til 4am (on a school night too, tsk).
Genius Jackson and his fellow tech heads, including my personal fave, the feisty spanner-wielding Brooke, are great characters that really have you rooting for them as the adventure rattles along with many twists and turns. And the robots, the robots...but no spoilers! The really fab thing about this book though is that all the high tech wizardry is based on tech that exists- that's flippin' cool, that is. A great story- can't wait to read the next one!

Fantastic read!,
By RacerX "Pip" (UK) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Dot Robot (Paperback)
I don't often get a lot of time to read and when I do it has to be good.
I'm so glad I got to check out this book (I was lucky enough to get a signed copy from the author). Although I'd say it's primarily aimed at children there's more than enough of a hook and great content to interest any adult too. Gadgets, action, science, intrigue - it's all in there and once I'd started to read I just couldn't put it down. This could easily be turned into a movie Hopefully Atomic Swarm will had be at least as good, if not better... only one way to find out :) Highly recommend, get this book

Go go gadget,
This review is from: Dot Robot (Paperback)
This is a fantastic book. I love gadgets and the Gadget Show so when I heard Jason had written a book I bought it, both for myself and my class of 9/10 year olds at school to read to them. We all loved it and couldn't wait to find out what happened in each chapter. It is a real page turner and I feel a must for gadget lovers of all ages. Can't wait to read Atomic Swarm now!!
