I bought this for my dad who is 83 and has poor eyesight and arthritis in his hands.
It was easy to set up, transferring his SIM from his previous (Vodafone) phone was no problem.
He finds the large keys and clear screen much easier than his previous phone and the battery life is good. I bough the charging cradle accessory so he can drop it onto that when it needs charged.
They say the ringer is the loudest of any phone and they are not kidding!
The build quality/materials are pretty cheap but it is robust enough to withstand being dropped, even on concrete

Excellent product, does all it says on the box. Easy to use and to change applications, you dont have to be old or dissabled to own this phone, its uncomplcated, smart and functional.

Got this for my father, who was looking for a phone to replace his mobile. He had initially ordered this one from a catalogue, but was out of stock, then managed to find it on Amazon for nearly £30 cheaper! Early days yet, but he is impressed with the large buttons, and also the size and clarity of the text on the phone. He is hard of hearing and has, so far, found it easy to hear what is being said over the phone, as well as hear the phone ringing. He isn't someone who uses a mobile much, but this does everything he needs it to. Sim-free also, so able to put his own sim card in and get started.
