i purchased this phone for my partner who is disabled it is the most simple phone to use we have ever tried.he would recomend this phone to anyone with a disability be it dexterity, bad eye sight or hearing.

If you want a simple easy to use phone then this is the one for you. Doro market their phones to elderly people with hearing and sight problems but this phone is great for anyone who just wants to make phone calls and texts with minimum of effort. The keys are clear and separated with a large screen and a very loud ring and vibration alerts (you can turn them down or off). It has a very nifty radio with great quality and I think it looks quite classy (my teenage nephews don't agree though!) I was a bit wary about spending so much money but having got one, I love it! In fact I love it so much I bought one for my technophobe 82 year old Mum.

Doro 338GSM Easy to Use Mobile Phone - White
I have been waiting for a phone like this one for years. Having wide fingers, I find most mobile phones are a pain.
It is genuinely a big button phone, the gaps between the characters being sufficiently wide so that one finger depression does not accidentally hit other keys as well.
The characters on the screen are large therefore it is very easy to read. The plain default background enhances the appearance of the characters.
Although I intended to order a white one I was given the option of black or white.
The message waiting/call missed flashing light is a very clever idea.

Doro phone
My father who is in his 70s was delighted with this phone. He wanted something less fiddly to use and with good volume. He has even managed to send me a text or two!!
