Large, clear colour display can be viewed easily without reading glasses, even in bright sunlight. Earpiece volume can be cranked up to a very high level if required. Loud ring tone volume, even standard UK landline ringtone is selectable from it's standard repertoire of ringtone types. Buttons are larger than average and again are easily visible especially with blue backlight. The menu system is quite straight forward and intuitive, certainly easier than many modern mobile phones. Call quality on this phone is the best I have come across yet, loud and clear in both directions. This handset also comes with a handy built in torch, being quite useful on a dark night with things like keys etc. Attractive retro styling is neat and functional and build quality appears to be good. Three quick dial keys and texting short cut key is particulaly useful when out and about. There is no camera or internet access on this phone, but as far as design and basic functionality are concerned, there are few phones around that can beat it. Ideally suited for the older person, but also those with eyesight or hearing issues or someone who just wants a quality, basic phone that works well in every day situations.

This phone is easy to use with its 3 specific keys for a quick route to texting, and the address book. I bought this phone for my father who has limited sight and limited use of his fingers. He is very pleased with it because he can easily see the letters on the keys and the words on the screen.
Perhaps the 3 quick keys could have been spaced slightly further apart because large fingers tend to press the red cancel key by mistake.

This handy little mobile phone is just what we needed. My wife finds this phone the easiest she has ever used. The display is somewhat basic by today's standards but it does exactly what it is supposed to do. No frills, uncomplicated phone calls. The setting up was extremely easy and the phone worked straight away out of the box. The speed dial facility is a big advantage and the big buttons are easily found.
