What a treat - to find a mobile phone that is simple to use. As old age pensioners we have no need for all the complicated extras. Just a simple reliable device that can be used anywhere to call for help, assistance or just contact friends and family. I am most impressed with the Doro 345gsm and am glad we decided to buy one. It accepted our old sim card, which worked first time with no hassle. A great little phone.

Obtained this phone for my brother who has Parkinson's Disease. He hasn't stopped phoning people since, and is nurturing a reputation as a nuisance!

A close colleague of mine has visual and hearing disabilities, so i got this phone for him. I had to set it up for him, as he is not too tech savvy. I was so impressed with its tactile feel and handling. Great features, easy to use lovely clear BIG screen and keypad. Wot a beauty ! If you want a phone that does what it says it will - this one does.
