I did purchase this for my old chap who is 88 but this product is handy for all ages. Big buttons are easy but the main features are the quick dial 'picture' buttons at the top. Instead of my dad having to look up a main number and dial it in... he just presses the picture button (you can just write a name on it too)making it quick and simple for his top 3 numbers. Easy to program, just read the instructions.
His last 'big button' phone did not like being on a table. You had to be really careful or it would be left off the hook.
This phone has no such problem and the handset clicks down when replaced every time.
Very good value for money, I cannot fault it and it does what it says on the tin. Can't ask for more than that.

Bought this for for my mother whose eyesight is not what it use to be....
This phone is a very good product, it's very simple to use with very large keys and three speed dial buttons that are easy to set up. The ringing tone volume is very good and there's a volume control for the handset. We found it to be that good, we bought a second one for the bedroom.

This is an excellant product for the price. Very easy to set up and ideal for the elderly or infirm. The only drawback for us was there is no speakerphone.
