Great book for finding things to do,

This is an excellent book to help plan your holiday. Some excellent ideas for where to go and what to see (including some really obscure ideas, like camel trekking) The layout makes it easy to find areas of interest, eg rambles, kids activities etc. It also has a useful phrases and vocabulary section, better than a lot of general phrase books.All in all I'd recommend it to anyone planning to go into the region, whether first time or not! There's sure to be something in here that you haven't seen or done.

This is far and away the best guidebook for the Dordogne, Corrèze, Lot and Aveyron areas. Nobody seems to have discovered it, but it covers everything about the areas in a clear and entertaining fashion. It's "the best," even if a bunch of French guys did do it.
