About the Director
Born in 1972, Darren Scales has been making films and audio dramas since the age of 12. Starting his productions with his Brother Mark Scales in their bedroom, Darren has gone on to produce 6 full length parody features, including the famous fan-films Doom Raiders and The Emperor's New Clones. Darren Scales is the Producer, director and often an actor in the productions. Utilising skills from around the home, industry and connections around the world, his film company Backyard Productions produce fun-packed feature-length films for a fraction of the funds (Say that as fast as you can!). Since 2005, Darren has achieved success on the National Stage appearing on Channel 4 s Richard & Judy show, Sky News and the BBC. In 2007 Darren and the team were featured in a full report by BBC Arts correspondent David Sillito on the BBC, showcased as the best self-made, parody filmmakers in the UK. Backyard Productions have also been featured on Japanese TV in a Nippon TV World report special.

This is a cleverly put together laugh out loud, (well I did), spoof of Tomb Raider, Indiana Jones and a little bit of The Mummy. Considering the small budget Backyard Productions had to work on they did an amazing job on this movie.
Keep an eye out for their upcoming work, its well worth it :)
