This book is a good overall read. I like the chapter that is dedicated to my favorite bollywood star-Kareena Kapoor.

However, if you are not following the 5 principles that Rujuta mentions, dont even think that you will lose any weight, the basic principle is to be active and eat regularly, however, just eating regularly (Rujuta suggests every 2 hours!)and not being active will not yield you any results for sure.

I recommend this book as it is interesting to know some of the nutritional facts.

i thought first of all not to buy this book from here .bz here shipment is too much but i couldnt stop myself bz of my curosity ...and i must say this is worth it...it can change the mind of urs towards food and makes u aware what is actually going around....much to say but dont have words to express.do buy and discover it urself..
