This book is a must for all dentists and their teams who want to be successful in today's challenging times.
It takes the reader through the various stages of the selling process with a strong emphasis on the principles of ethical sales. You will learn about creating rapport, discovering what patient's need and want, and converting this knowledge into a mutually happy and rewarding professional relationship.
The text is illuminated throughout with many interesting and insightful anecdotes and lessons from the author's own experiences.
Just in case things go wrong, there is a chapter on how to handle complaints.
It will be required reading on my practice from now on.

Dentists and their teams are usually poor at an essential skill- Sales and communication.This book concentrates on the patient journey from initial enquiry to completion. With a mix of anecdotes and skills it highlights ways in which practices can move forward.
A must for the whole practice team.
