What a good book I read this while going through some personel problems it has certainly helped me. It is a book you really need to hold rather than read it on kindle.It is all about emotions so what ever you are going through its worth a read.It is also a book you read from cover to cover and then go back to dip into.
It is done is such a way that sometimes you look at yourself and can take things in more than one way I wish the writer the best of luck
I hope there is a follow up to this as it was so good

This book has been written for young people, although I think its applicable to all. It contains many pearls of wisdom. It's designed to be dipped into and out of, and as such is accessible and engaging.

This book may not be for everyone, the writing style takes a little getting used to, and it does not contain the silver bullets or cure alls that so many people seek. What it does provide in abundance is sound advice and food for thought. It helps readers to stand back from their emotional autopilot reactions and make a wise choice about what to do next.

I am sure that the author is making a difference to a huge number of peoples lives, and will continue to do so. I think everyone will find something good to take away from this book. This book is definitely worth a look - it may well provide the answers you are looking for.
