CD Description
The time it has taken for this album to appear seems to have been well spent as it's a truly mesmerising piece of work; together with guest appearances from all members of Westcountry psych-pop band The Lucky Bishops, they have come up with a uniquely sophisticated album which brings to mind the works of Radiohead, Elbow, The Doves and other gifted artists of that calibre. This is a truly classy record for everyone who likes their pop to have a bit of substance!
From the Artist
Eye are three English musicians who write and record alternative pop and psychedelia. Chief songwriter and front man Rick Hammond, together with Simon Swarbrick (nephew of Dave Swarbrick from the legendary folk band The Fairport Convention) and drummer Andy Trimm, have been hidden away for a long time, meticulously putting the finishing touches to their debut album called Don't Sleep... so long in fact, that the fans had all but given up waiting!
