Yet, every morning, many people sabotage their diet by one simple choice—skipping breakfast.
So, I have set out to write this book in an effort to inform people about the health benefits of breakfast. I will share my tips on how to make a healthy breakfast that tastes great and sets you on the right path to lose weight and become leaner. Yes, some of this may be simplistic but a lot of that depends on the reader, to some this will be new information that changes the way they eat completely. If your goal is to lose weight, become healthier, and get in shape you have to start with the basics and that’s what this book will address. This book will help you feel comfortable and help you achieve your goals.
In today’s 24 hour-news-driven society, there is a lot of confusion over health related-issues. It is hard to keep things straight, and even if you do, there are a lot of differing opinions on what is healthy.
This book is based on what has worked for myself and others, in it I will:

• Create over 20 healthy meal plans that promote weight loss.
