I am a psychotherapist, specialising in hypnosis, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), and the treatment of anxiety.

My background is in academic philosophy and I have a special interest in the relationship between ancient philosophy, especially Stoicism, and modern psychotherapy.

I'm interested in research on suggestion and hypnotism and evidence-based approaches to hypnotherapy.
