The goods were delivered very quickly and were well packed and no damage. The crockery is slightly thicker than expected and quite heavy. The pattern is lovely and the shape is brilliant. The cutlery however was absolutely awful - very cheap looking and the quality is not good at all - the metal is very soft and the finish is very bad. The glasses in the set are also not very good and also look cheap as they are very thick and very plain. I expected better quality for the price and would not recommend this. If the box hadn't been so heavy and I could have been bothered I would have returned it.
