Thought it was a gimmick, but my dogs proved me wrong!,

I bought this thinking it was a bit of a gimmick and my dogs would not really appreciate them. How wrong I was, my dogs thought these sleeping bags were wonderful- I think it provided a feeling a snuggled safety for them, because they certainly don't need the heat (Shelties with thick long coats). When I used to go camping my dogs used to be up at the crack of dawn, not they are hard to get up and don't want to get out their sleeping bags.
Dogs absolutely love these. They are well made and one of my dogs quicky learned to back himself into them! The other goes in head first and wriggles round until covered and head at right end. They are very well designed, to warm and snuggle, whilst still ventilated.

It's a good concept - well thought through and well made. The "large" is actually on the small side for our dog who is labrador-sized. So I would say that the "large" would suit small to medium-sized dogs.

Having read the previous reviews, I chose to buy the large 60 x 90 cm for my Tibetan Terrier (which is a medium sized dog) and the sleeping bag is just the right size. My dog isnt a "bed or sofa lover" fortunately prefering floors / carpets but this is just the right mixture of comfort and something a little warmer than a cold hard floor. Purchased it for camping and pleased with the quality and ease of cleaning. The "cover" has velcro straps on one side and is easy to open. My dog took to this bed immedietly and I will be using it as her "holiday" bed when she travels with us.
