It's hard to review this product until I get my annual bone density test done in February. But, I have to say that this medicine is easy to take, no bad side effects and I am thrilled to find something other than Fosamax which I have been taking for the last 15 -16 years with very little positive results. Recently tests showed that I have a hyper active "Parathyroid Gland" which leeches calcium from bones and can cause osteoporosis, which I have been diagnosed with for many years now. It also runs in the females of my family, so it's hard to say what is actually causing my osteoporosis.
