Doctor's Best High Absorption Magnesium is a vegan-friendly, science-based dietary supplement designed to maintain a healthy heart, improve nervous system function and promote cellular energy production.
Doctor's Best High Absorption Magnesium is formulated with elemental magnesium, with glycinate and lysinate chelates obtained from amino acids glycine and lysine. Its magnesium component delivers healthy heart maintenance, improved nervous system, and efficient cellular energy production. Its lysine component, on the other hand, supports gastric function. Lastly, its glycine component is known to be effective in transporting absorption-facilitating minerals and in forming collagen protein present in cartilage and connective tissue.
To use, take 2 tablets of Doctor's Best High Absorption Magnesium twice a day, with or without food.
Each container contains 10 tablets; each serving contains 200 mg of elemental magnesium.

Last year I had my thyroid gland completely removed and had struggled to feel well ever since the op. I had been working long shifts whilst finishing year 3 of a degree since coming home from hospital and had felt constantly tired. My husband felt sure that my busy life was the reason that I felt so tired, but I was living within my own body and understood the truth of how low I was feeling and knew that it was just not a 'normal' kind of tiredness. I had developed the most terrible brain fog which dulled my senses and was unlike anything that I had ever encountered before and which made work and study a constant battle. My symptoms were similar to that of chronic fatigue syndrome, but I refused to leave work or abandon my studies and soldiered on whilst constantly researching in hopes that I would find 'the answer'. I have always had a full life and being a woman of just 40 years old, was not ready to become old before my time. Everything that I read about my new condition of hypothyroidism and also hypoparathyroidism (which I had been left with following surgery), filled me with gloom and a sense that I would never be the same again. The calcium tablets that I was forced to take everyday made me terribly constipated... I felt washed out, depressed, and exhausted.
The HPTH site, for people with my condition mentioned that magnesium supplementation may be helpful and recommended taking a chelated product, as the amino acids that the magensium are bound with, help the body to absorb the elemental magnesium. Within less than a week of taking this product I felt amazing.... totally back to normal. I couldn't believe it! After one week at 1 tablet/day I've finally been able to swim for 1 hour without cramps. Not bad. I'm very skeptical about any supplement but it seems true that I needed some magnesium after all. Will buy this again as it seems good value for chelated magnesium.

A+ service will always need magnesium brilliant to help fibromyalgia along with msm vit d3 and astaxanthin i have my fibro under control dont use sticks anymore.Dont use painkillers

I was looking for the best source of magnesium for my recently diagnosed osteoporosis and I strongly believe I have found it. These tablets are by all accounts easily absorbed. They arrived very quickly and in excellent condition, none are broken. I shall definitely be ordering more.

If you suffer from migraines, give these a try. They worked for me! I haven't had a single migraine since taking 4 of these tablets a day. Yes they are large, but it's worth it. I recommend taking them at a night before bed.

I am using them on a daily basis - one in the morning, one in the evening. We must not forget that magnesium is very important mineral. If you have leg cramps, migraines, fatigue, loss of appetite, depression, nausea and vomiting or high blood pressure, you better start to use them as supplements :-).
Apart from vomitting, I have more-or-less everything I've mentioned above. I can now control my high blood pressure, my depression is very well controled, apetite is good, migraines and fatigue are very rare now ...
