Doctors Best Q10 is what older people should be taking daily. Doctors Best Q10 is manufactured in Japan using a new process. Your body absorbs up to five times more Q10 than other versions of Q10. It is called the 'spark plug' because among other things it increases your energy.

A must have product if you take statins as they stop all natural production of CoQ10 in your body. CoQ10 is a vital component in everybody's body and without it, your heart, liver and kidneys do not function properly - the very thing statins are 'supposed' to protect. It would be better all round to bring down cholesterol levels naturally, but if you really must take statins you absolutly need this product. Arrived quickly and well packaged.

I am in the last stretch of a degree as well as working full time and have two kids, this product definately gives you more energy, both mental and physical, without any of the unpleasant side effects of faster acting 'quick fixes'. Definately reccomend it.

100mg too much
This is a good product but i would suggest 100mg is too high of a dose for most people , could affect sleep patterns.

Shocking yellow colour

Price rise
These come as capsules rather than tablets but are easy to swallow. This was a good price for an apparently good product at £10.95 but now time to look elsewhere.
