I ordered the ceramic collectors cookie jar which is featured as the image and received the plastic lights and sounds cookie jar. Not happy considering the price of the item. I will certainly be returning the item and expecting a ceramic collectors cookier jar to be dispatched, just like i ordered. Poor service!

Unlike what the other review says, this is NOT ceramic (maybe they don't know what ceramic means). It's plastic. Press the top and the light flashes and makes the Tardis noise. Same thing happens if you open then close the lid (it is very sensitive - interesting there is no easy power off button for this, so it was happening every time I tipped the box it came it - the post office must have got a bit of a surprise).

A great decorative piece..

It is a fair size, and pretty weighty, being ceramic..

Try to avoid children from playing with it .. although tempting it is to allow them to get 'biscuits/cookies from the jar alone..

The handle for the lid { the light } is small, and the lid is rather heavy to hold.

Thus unsuitable for children to touch without guidance.

All in all a brilliant piece for all those Dr Who fan's out there..
