My son , who's 8, enjoyed building this set and said it was quite hard to do. Lots of pieces so quite good value however after building it my son did say " it's not as good as Lego".

I bought this with my own pocket money. I like the Dalek but I think it is cheating that it doesn't come with the doctor because it shows him in the picture of the set but he isn't part of the set.

Purchased for my 6 year old great nephew who is Lego mad. He had particularly asked for the Dr Who version, thinking it was Lego. He was not disappointed and has played with it alot. Probably not quite as good quality as Lego but he is certainly enjoying it.

This set is brilliant if you love Lego. Even though it isn't Lego. The Dalek is an awesome figure, it includes 9 pieces. The set overall has 118 pieces, it doesn't fall apart. There's a nice door for the Tardis to appear in, if you lose a bit you can replace it with a Lego brick, but unfortunately the Doctor is not included in this set. Overall I give it 5 stars. Buy set now!

When I purchased this set, there was no information that the Doctor-figurine isn't included. It says so clearly on the box though, but the box-art wasn't available at the time of purchase. It's a nice little set, and as it resembles Lego, it is compatible. My four year old loves it, as do I.

Should have read the reviews first. My 6 year old was very disappointed this doesn't include Dr Who. The package is VERY mis- leading (hence the poor rating). Having said that the set itself is made quite well. Gotta to find a Dr now....

In spite of the fact that there is a picture of a Dr Who minifigure right in the centre of the package, there is not one included. The text that explains this is in a corner of the box is really tiny
As my grandson says "What is the point of a Dalek with no Dr to keep it in check.
