The characterisation and likeness of the Sontaran Commander figure is very good. However, the weapon falls out of models hand easily and the helmet constantly drops off. A well designed update of this classic Dr Who enemy, let down by the durability of the figure.

We had really been looking forward to this having bought other figures made by the same people which were really good to play with - cybermen, doctors, etc - but the feet were already falling off in the package, the helmet will not stay on the head, and the gun doesn't fit in the hand no matter how hard you try. Result: furiously, weeping boy and really fed up mother. I'd send it back, but trying to stuff it back in the packaging and traipse to the post office and pay the postage is more than I can bear. DON'T BUY!

i got this for my son for his birthday, and when we opened it the feet fell off straight away,they are fixed on with a ball joint which seemed too loose. he seems alot flimsier than previous figures.And we do have alot of them. I was quite disappointed, i dont expect to be glueing things together soon as i get them. The earlier figures are alot better, i hope character are not replacing quality with quantity when making these toys.
