The drops arrived well within the expected timeframe which was excellent & I started them the same day. They do not seem to be suppressing the appetite or helping the body burn fat which are the 2 fundamental points of taking the drops.
In the first week of this diet I lost 3lbs & 1lb so far during the 2nd week (as of day 12) which I am happy with although no where near the claims, but this loss is due to following a very strict 500 calories a day so would happen even without the drops. My understanding was that the drops are to help reduce the side effects of such a low calorie diet to make it easier to stick to but I'm still starving hungry all the time (& seems worse after eating!) weak, have skin breakouts, blood shot & jaundice looking eyes, tired & lethargic and get dizzy every time I stand up - most of which the drops claim to prevent. I didn't receive info with the drops and only discovered later that there was info on the sellers website and was using other sources for my information, so may not have been following it totally correctly. I accept a certain degree of responsibility for all of this as I did not research the diet or the drops enough before buying.
After more thorough research it appears these particular drops are not the real thing. So if thinking about starting this diet a lot of planning needs to go into it and research the drops thoroughly before buying. I have now abandoned the diet as the symptoms are just too much to bear. A free replacement product was offered by the seller on condition that this negative feedback be removed, as apparently other clients have purchased and not commented therefore everyone else must be happy and I am an exception for whom this hasn't been a full success. I have responded that I would happily accept a replacement product and modify my comments if that worked better but the seller has said the offer only stands if I remove the negative feedback altogether. I wonder if this is why there are no other reveiws of this product?
