I bought this as a Christmas present for a friend after hearing a great talk by one of the authors at a Women and Money seminar. But I ended up buying a second copy for myself. I love the layout and design of the book. The idea is to try out different things to break out of old habits and it's already starting to do that for me. You're given an action to focus on each day. The exercises are easy and fun and really make you think. I'd definitely recommend this book if there's something you want to change in your life.
