Bought the book for an advanced 13 year old. I had a quick look through it (being an over 40 yr old), and it seemed to have some pretty sensible advice, put over in a fun way. If you have a teenager who is a bit younger in the head, this book is probably going to sit on the shelf, but if yr teenager is a bit more savvy, they will enjoy this read.
