dissapointed and misled 22 April 2005
By A Customer
Format:DVD
This film takes a great deal of patience to watch. It is confused and demands too much from the viewer. I found it frustrating and slow and I regretted the money I'd spent on it. If you've got time, patience and nothing better to do then consider it but be warned that you might find that this film fails to take you anywhere meaningful. If you go for it, good luck, I hope you get more out of it than I did and don't end up utterly depressed by the hopelessness of it all. If this represents thirty-something lesbian life then I'm dreading it!!

I read the reviews and still rented it, mainly because there's a limited supply of lesbian films. It's not a gripper, very little actually goes on, and I kept expecting something to happen. On it's plus side, it's probably quite realistic about the very ordinariness of many urban lesbian's lives. Why that would persuade someone to go to the trouble of making a film about it is a mystery.

I can't recommend it unless you lead an extrememly quiet life (possibly in a convent) and would find this exciting.

Absolutely Terrible 13 Sep 2007

Format:DVD
I really struggled to get to the end of this film. All the characters are strange and not very much happens. The "high" point is where the lead tries to come out to her father - I have never cringed so much - it shouldn't be allowed!

Boring, disappointing
Boring film. Typical cheap production brit flick. Jumpy camera, no setting of tone. Wish I had saved my money

Probably bad but still quite memorable!
I very nearly didn't make it through the first 10 minutes and even by the end of the film I was still confused as to what the 'theme' or 'point' was. Read more

So much potential, but so painfully dull.............
This film does nothing to portray lesbians in a good light. In fact just the opposite. I honestly expected it to be a journey in which the protagonist actually found some hope, not... Read more

What was all that about?
Absolute rubbish - incredibly boring and irritating film. Can't believe I've just sat through that. Do yourself a favour and don't put yourself through it.

Do I love you
I am sorry but I have to agree with the others. This has to be one of the worst lesbian films I have ever wachted. It would have been better maybe if the actors could act. Read more

If only there were an option to give this film zero stars
This has to be the worst lesbian film I have ever seen (and I have seen "Bound" which ranks up there as one of the all time crap films). Read more

BORING!!
This portrays lesbians as confused, boring and unfitting women. I am a lesbian and I do not feel this movie had anything remotely interesting to offer the viewer. Read more
